How does it work?
- Dealer scans QR code
When the bike arrives at the store, the dealer scans the QR code using Velopass PRO or the POS system. The bike profile is automatically created, including all relevant data.
- Customer receives a digital Velopass Passport
This passport includes:
- Warranty information
- Maintenance history
- Dealer service
- Stay connected with customers
Dealers can:
- Send maintenance reminders
- Offer additional services (e.g. insurance)
- Provide international theft protection
