The Free Family Pack Campaign is valid from September 15, 2026 to October 15, 2026. Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.
Eligibility
Offer is valid on each new qualifying order placed during the Campaign Period: This campaign doesn’t apply on bikes on retailer’s stock. It only applies on new orders at VeloeConnect.
“New orders” refers to:

Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive one (1) Free Family Pack with each qualifying new order.
The Free Family Pack:
- contains a Rear Child Basket (based on the ordered model – multi or multi lungo), Footrests (based on the ordered model – multi or multi lungo) and a Comfort Seat (based on the ordered model – multi or multi lungo).
- has no cash value.
The Free Family Pack will be automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout (VeloeConnect) at dispatch.
